The neighborhood bar at Barnacles Resort
Mudflats is a seasonal bar and restaurant tucked inside Barnacles Resort & Campground on the north side of Mille Lacs Lake in central Minnesota. Whether you're a regular or just passing through on your way to the lake, pull up a stool — the beer is cold, the chicken is crisp, and there's a good chance somebody will talk fishing with you.

Pressure-fried to order — crackling crust outside, juicy all the way through. By the piece or by the bucket, with coleslaw on the side.
